LMT Hospitality GmbH Referral Program Terms and Conditions

  1. Eligibility:
    • The Referral Program is open to all existing LMT Hospitality GmbH customers ("Referees").
    • The referred customer ("Referred Client") must be a new customer who has never made a purchase from LMT Hospitality GmbH.
  2. Referral Rewards:
    • Referee Reward:
      • Referees will receive a cash back reward in the form of discount codes. 
      • The cash back amount is 10% of the net purchases made by the Referred Client in the first 6 months.
      • The 6-month period begins on the date of the Referred Client's first order.
      • Credits will be issued at the end of calendar month.
      • The cash back reward applies only to net purchases of stock products (coffee and tea) and excludes any white label purchases.
      • The cash back reward does not apply to any machinery, equipment or any other non-food products. 
      • Discount Codes must be used within 12 months from the date they are issued. Unused codes will expire after this period.
    • Referred Client Reward:
      • The Referred Client will receive a 50% discount on their first order.
      • The discount is a one-time offer and applies only to their initial purchase.
  3. Referral Process:
    • To refer a new customer, the Referee must fill out the LMT referral form.
    • The Referred Client will then be contacted by a member of our team with their unique 50% off discount code to use on their first order.  
  4. Reward Issuance:
    • Referee rewards will be calculated and sent to their account email at the end of each calendar month.
    • The credit can be used for future purchases at LMT Hospitality GmbH. and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  5. Program Limitations:
    • The referral reward is only applicable to net purchases of stock products. White label purchases are excluded from this program.
    • The program is subject to modification or termination at any time without prior notice.
    • The cash back reward does not apply to any machinery, equipment, or non-food products
    • Discount codes must be used within 12 months from the date they are issued. Unused credits will expire after this period..
  6. General Conditions:
    • LMT Hospitality GmbH. reserves the right to disqualify any Referee or Referred Client from the referral program if any fraudulent activity is detected.
    • By participating in the referral program, both the Referee and the Referred Client agree to these terms and conditions.
    • All decisions made by LMT Hospitality GmbH. regarding the referral program are final and binding.
