Use these recipes as your starting point
1. 17g of coffee
2. Pour 50g of boiling water in & start your timer!
3. Pour up to 220g of water after 30 seconds
4. Stir well and wait until 1:45 - stir again.
5. Put the basket with filter on, close it, swirl it and get ready to flip!
6. Put the server (or cup) upside down on the aeropress and flip
7. Push until you will hear the air coming out.
8. Enjoy your sweet and juicy cup of coffee
1. Boil the kettle, as you should use already boiled water
2. Weigh out 18g of Espresso rosted coffee
3. Grind a touch coarser than espresso
4. Fill the base of the Bialetti until the water reaches the release valve
5. Screw it all together, making sure not to burn yourself
6. On to the stove until you hear the first 'gargle', then take it off and run the base of the Bialetti under cold water. You want to stop the extraction.
7. Et voila
