DEADLINES
LOCAL DELIVERY (BERLIN)
Order deadline for deliveries on Wednesday (Zone 1) is 1500 CET Monday afternoon.
Order deadline for deliveries on Friday (Zone 2) is 1500 CET Wednesday afternoon.
See map below to see which zone you are in and which day is your designated delivery day.
If you missed the deadline, your order will be processed and delivered the following week on your designated delivery day. For urgent matters regarding orders and deliver, you can contact orders@lmt-hospo.com

SHIPPING
We make local wholesale Berlin deliveries on Wednesday and Friday, and also ship all other orders throughout Germany with DHL every Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday.
Orders outside of Germany are shipped internationally with UPS each Tuesday and Friday.
Shipping prices are calculated at checkout depending on order volume and your location. Local delivery is free for orders above €250.
LOCAL DELIVERY - BERLIN
We deliver coffee every Wednesday and Friday to our Berlin partners. Your delivery day depends on your zone.

DOMESTIC DELIVERY - GERMANY
DHL
For orders placed in Berlin for non-local delivery, or orders placed or elsewhere in Germany (DE), we will use DHL and the time will take 1-2 working days to arrive.
(No orders outside of DE are shipped with DHL)
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
UPS
All international orders are by default shipped with UPS and UPS Express Saver.
If you would like UPS Express or any other shipping type please let us know by writing your preference in the NOTES area of Checkout.
- International orders exceeding 100kg must be placed by contacting orders@lmt-hospo.com.
- If your order exceeds €1000 Euro, we will require an EORI number for shipment.
- If your order exceeds €3000, there will be an additional 1-2 days added to your dispatch time in order to comply with customs inspection and regulations. We will also require an EORI number for shipment upon request.

Your payment information is processed securely. We do not store credit card details nor have access to your credit card information.
